Do I have to commit to a contract?

Yes — just like a new phone plan, the subscription runs on a 12-month term. It’s a way to pay off your pest service over the year instead of one lump sum. If you cancel early, the remaining balance just needs to be settled.

Most clients love that it rolls over automatically, keeping their home protected without any hassle.

Can I change or cancel plans?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or switch plans anytime. If you move to a higher plan, we’ll adjust your monthly payment and pro-rate any difference. The subscription is flexible to fit your needs.

You can cancel at any time. The only requirement is that the remaining balance of the 12-month contract is paid.

What happens if I miss a payment?

No worries — here’s how it works:

  • If your payment doesn’t go through, we’ll automatically try again after 1 day, then 2 days later, and a final attempt 6 days after the first failed payment.
  • You’ll receive an email notification each time a payment fails, so you know what’s happening.
  • Most payment issues are due to a declined or expired card. You can update your primary card to continue your subscription.
  • If all attempts fail, the subscription will be cancelled, and services may be paused until the payment is resolved.

Usually, updating your card quickly will keep your subscription active without any interruption.

What happens if I move house?

Think of it like getting a new phone. You’d need to pay out your old plan before starting a new one at your new property.

For your subscription:

  • Any services already provided at your old property are included, but the remaining balance of that subscription must be paid.
  • Once that’s settled, we can transfer your subscription to your new property (if it’s within our service area) so you continue to enjoy pest protection.

This way, nothing is lost, and your new home can start fresh with the subscription plan.

Is the subscription more expensive than paying upfront?

It depends on the plan:

  • Basic Plan: Slightly more than paying upfront, but you get smaller monthly payments, automatic scheduling, and peace of mind.
  • Combined & Premium Plans: Actually, cheaper than paying separately, plus you get extra benefits like mid-year top-ups and full pest coverage.

Are there hidden fees?

No. Your monthly payment covers everything included in your plan. There are no surprises unless you request a service outside your plan.
